The Youngstown Hearing & Speech Center (YHSC) is a comprehensive hearing and speech Center serving infants, children and adults with communication disorders. YHSC provides administrative assistance for The Community Center for the Deaf which provides case management and interpreting services to the deaf and hard-of-hearing in a twelve county region from Ashtabula to Steubenville. YHSC is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors, and is a United Way affiliate in Mahoning, Trumbull, and Northern Columbiana counties.  Our United Way affiliations and financial support from benefactors allows us to serve our  community.
